Whichever way the problem shows up — An org chart that no longer fits, a restructure landing in HR's inbox, or a system bought before the work was mapped — the fix starts the same way: Name the capability, then redesign around it.
A free 30-minute capability conversation for HR and people leaders. No pitch, no slides, no obligation.

Is This You?
This Conversation Is Built For One Kind Of Week…
- You have been handed a restructure that was designed without you, and you are expected to make it work.
- Onboarding, approvals, and reporting still run on manual workarounds, and your team is quietly absorbing the gap.
- Leadership is talking about new systems or AI, and nobody has mapped the capability that has to sit underneath them.
- Every department says it is short-staffed, but the real bottleneck is a handoff nobody owns.
If two of the above are true this month, 30 minutes is a good use of your time.
What The 30 Minutes Actually Covers
Here Is Exactly What We Do With The Time
- Minutes 1 to 10. You describe where work is getting stuck. I ask about handoffs, not headcount.
- Minutes 10 to 22. We name the two or three capabilities your current structure was never designed to deliver, and we separate those from the roles that simply need to move.
- Minutes 22 to 30. You leave with a one-page view of what to redesign first, and the sequence that keeps it from breaking the rest of the organization.
You will not be sold anything on this call. If there is a fit, I will suggest sending you a prospective scope. If there is not, I will tell you that too, and you are free to keep the draft capability map.

Work delivered across public, private, and mission-driven organizations in Canada.
"Previous to Dianne coming onboard, our organization's HR processes were manual, and we had no HRIS. Dianne was able to assess our needs by leading us through mapping of all our HR processes and guiding us through the selection of a system that would address our current and long-term needs. She is a skilled change management leader and project manager, at all times professional, courteous and trustworthy." — Marybeth Ward, CHRL, VP People and Culture, Fred Victor
What Happens After The Meeting/Call
And If You Want To Go Further
Most people take the map and run with it themselves. If you would rather not, there is one obvious next step and it is a small one.
- Transformation Assessment Sprint. A focused diagnostic and roadmap in two to four weeks. I interview your leaders and staff, map how work actually flows across departments, and hand back a sequenced plan.
- Regular Fees: $5,000 to $9,000 CAD. (Discounted for those taking this meeting)
- Department redesign or fractional support. Only if the assessment says the work warrants it.
- Nothing. Also a completely acceptable outcome.
Nothing on this page commits you to any of it.
Not Ready For A Conversation?
Run the Organizational Clarity Check on your own instead. It is a short self-scoring diagnostic that shows where capability, workflow ownership, and decision rights have drifted apart in your organization. Takes about 15 minutes.
